The shipping department organizes furniture lumber orders and assembles them in efficient loads that are maximized for the shipping method used. Washington Alder ships by truck, rail and container. Overseas shipping is made easier thanks to our proximity to the major local ports of Annacortes, Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. We have a great deal of experience in multi-modal container shipping to Europe and Asia. Washington Alder has it's own rail spur and is adjacent to major trucking centers and interstate highways. Full and partial loads are all handled quickly and professionally by our staff. |
